In the language of flowers, oak leaved geranium means true friendship.

Don't you appreciate the people who are able to just know what you mean? I used to take them for granted.

The online thesaurus says:

Understand (verb)

Definition: appreciate, comprehend

accept,  catch on,  discern,  fathom,  get the idea,  get the picture,  get the point,  get,  identify with,  interpret, ken, know,  make out,  make sense of,  perceive,  read, realize, recognize,  register,  savvy,  sense,  sympathize,  take in, take meaning

Notes: the use of "appreciate" should involve valuing something or understanding it sympathetically, and when there is no value or sympathy, use "recognize" or "understand".

antonyms:  misinterpret, misunderstand

Oh the comfort, the inexpressible comfort of feeling safe with a person; having neither to weigh thoughts nor measure words but to pour them all out, just as it is, chaff and grain together, knowing that a faithful hand will take and sift them, keeping what is worth keeping, and then, with the breath of kindness blow the rest away.
George Eliot

Oh, to be that kind of friend! Oh, thank you to those of  you who are that kind of friend!

With Love,

Katy Noelle xx
