Adoption

Daisy

Wyatt (and our vet, Brandi)

Pink Toe (our name), going to comfort the little boy who had picked her out but was home with a broken leg.

Lucy and her new Mommy

Lucy and her boy!

Our vet matched Shirley and Ginger up! She is going to be the healthiest, well taken care of little sweet puppy in the world!

This sweetheart was picked up by Tom's Mom (my mom-in-law) to go to Aunt Mertie who has had all of her pup's chew toys and pillows and blankets, etc. waiting for 5 weeks, now.

Two princesses!!!

The small furry one has a new name - 'Alison' (as in 'Alice-in' Wonderland)

And, we kept big Chubbs!

er,........ big Chubbs.....

Big Chubbs......

If you want to see big Chubbs, you'll have to go to this post, Chubb Jr.

and,.......

we, also, kept Una!

She was the first born and I will never forget how full of awe we were to hear her first cry.

Although, we're still trying to think of official names.......

So,....

 yes,

I am brokenhearted to see the clan scattered

but,

 really,

I am filled with joy!

  2. Dear Katy Noelle,

Such a joyful post. All those happy faces! I was wondering where your puppies would go to, but I am glad they found such sweet looking owners. If you kept two dogs, that means you have three around the house. Your boys will probably be happy about that! I hope it made the parting of the other dogs a bit easier....

    Enjoy your new week!

    Lieve groet, Madelief

  3. Dear Katy, What can I say? I want them all, NOW!! The pictures are so full of great joy and happiness so much so that you have nothing to be sad about letting the puppies go - all so very clearly to homes where they will be loved, cherished and spoilt in just the way it should be.

Chubbs is certainly living up [or spreading out!] to his name. He brings new meaning to the idea of a double chin! Una, on the other hand [as the first she would have to be called Egy in Hungary] is clearly going to be a beauty. I do wish you all such fun and happiness with them.

  4. I cannot get over how fast the puppies have grown! How wonderful that you have photographed them with their new owners, and even more wonderful that you will be keeping two in your family. They are absolutely precious. Looking forward to learning their new names.

  6. Oh, Dear-

I can imagine, how you feel!

Lucky, to have good families for your babies- and so sad, cause you love them so much... but all new mums and daddies look so full of love :-)

I am glad, that you kept two babies.

Good luck to all little doggies :-)

    Hugs, Ines

  7. Oh, Katy! You have done such a wonderful, wonderful thing! Look at the joy in those people's faces. It radiates from those pictures and pulls at my heartstrings!

I'm so glad you kept two of the puppies. I am so glad you kept Una and especially Chubbs. LOL! I think you could call him BB or Bebe, and his secret name could be Butterball. I realize that Jellicles have multiple names, but there's no reason a Pollicle shouldn't either! Ours did! ;-)

I'm sure you will come up with the perfect names for both of your babies, and they are very blessed little buddies, indeed!

    XO,

    Sheila :-)

  11. Daisy looks a lot like our Zelda as a puppy :) And that blonde Una is a doll. A litter keeps you busy but puppies are so wonderful that it's worth the extra work. Enjoy the babies you kept!

  18. Dear Katy

What a lovely idea to take photos of the puppies with their new owners, who I must say all look so pleased and happy to take such bundles of joy into their hearts and homes!!

Enjoy the gorgeous Chubbs and lovely Una. It's funny, we call our cat Bobbi 'Chubbs' as a nickname - she loves her food and is getting quite rotund! She is on a diet and a bit grumpy at the moment!!

    Have a lovely week!

  20. Every time I see big Chubbs I smile, Katy. That is the cutest dog ever! And Una is pretty cute, too, as are the rest. It makes me want a puppy SO much. Because of our yard, I think I'd have to have a tiny one like my former two. Still, I love these!

    XO,

    Sheila :-)
